The House Staff...
Pi Beta Phi is grateful to the fine women who serve as staff in Pi Phi residential facilities. At Indiana Gamma, the role played by House Director or "House Mom" ranges from administrator, to hostess, to friend and confidant. Not only does she significantly impact a chapter's living environment, but she can also contribute to the personal development of our members. For this reason, she assumes her responsibilities with an understanding of the attitudes and trends currently influencing campus life and she always portrays herself as a positive role model. |
House Director
Our current House Mom, Ms. Bee, has several years of experience in hotel management. This experience comes in handy while maintaining the chapter house on a daily basis. She also has two grown daughters and several grandchildren. Ms. Bee is proud to call Pi Phi her home, and says her favorite part of being a house mom is getting to meet all the amazing women who walk through the door! In her spare time, Ms. Bee enjoys visiting with friends, spending time with her grandkids, and working part-time for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. |

| House Cook
Indiana Gamma is also blessed with a head cook, Tamika. Tamika joined Pi Phi in fall 2006, and has been a delightful addition to the chapter house. Whether she's whipping up a gourmet meal for a formal dinner, or fixing comfort food, she's all smiles! Tamika requests feedback from the chapter members on a regular basis to see what they like, what they love and what they just can't live without! We all hope that Tamika will be with us for years to come! |

House Cleaning Staff
Of course, Pi Phi would be a mess without our dedicated cleaning crew! Lela is a household name at Indiana Gamma. Lela is our cleaning lady and has been with Pi Phi for decades. Always a delight, Lela never forgets a face and is always quick to say "hello!" Janice helps Lela with the bathroom cleaning and more difficult tasks like spring cleaning. Janice is always looking out for the chapter members and making sure that the house is in tip-top shape. We don't know where we'd be without Lela and Janice! |
